Discover the workflow
Map the people, recurring tasks, current tools and failure points. Agree a useful business question, the current baseline and who owns the outcome.
Output: a workflow map, prioritised use case and explicit boundaries.
We help finance, hotel and logistics teams in Dubai and the wider UAE turn repetitive work into connected systems. Start with one workflow: assess the data, test a pilot, then integrate, roll out and support the solution.
Map the people, recurring tasks, current tools and failure points. Agree a useful business question, the current baseline and who owns the outcome.
Output: a workflow map, prioritised use case and explicit boundaries.
Review representative data, access permissions, integrations, Arabic and English needs, hosting constraints and approval practices. Identify gaps before committing to a build.
Output: a readiness assessment, acceptance criteria, integration requirements and delivery options.
Test against agreed examples and acceptance criteria. Review incorrect answers, missing evidence, bilingual needs and human approval points.
Output: a bounded prototype and an evaluation report.
Connect the agreed systems, validate permissions and failure handling, and roll out with the responsible team. Provide documentation, handover and ongoing support under agreed service levels.
Output: an integrated system, rollout evidence, handover and a defined support arrangement.

Start with a description. Share confidential records only after an appropriate scope and handling arrangement are agreed.
We prepare a scoped proposal after understanding the workflow, integrations, data, testing and support requirements. The proposal separates delivery work from recurring items such as hosting, model usage, telephony and third-party licences where relevant. Changes in scope and ongoing support terms are agreed explicitly; there is no universal package price on this site.
Describe the scope you have in mindThe schedule depends on the workflow, access to systems, data readiness, evaluation needs and your approval process. We agree milestones for discovery, a testable release, acceptance and rollout. A narrow workflow can be assessed separately from a larger transformation; we do not quote a delivery date before checking its dependencies.
See the delivery approachWe assess the interfaces, licences, permissions and data available in your current products, then design the integration around the required workflow. Read access, permitted updates, duplicate handling, failure recovery and reconciliation are scoped explicitly. We confirm feasibility with the actual systems rather than assuming every product has the same API.
Explore connected business systemsDuring discovery we agree the data sources, authorised users, hosting options, model providers and information that may leave each system. Access, retention, logs, deletion and operational responsibilities are documented for the engagement. Requirements for private deployment or data location must be assessed against the selected products and infrastructure before commitments are made.
