Enterprise AI architecture. Built around reviewable work.

Move from an AI experiment to a defined operating workflow. We help enterprise teams assess, design and implement AI around approved knowledge, existing systems and accountable reviewers, with a scoped path from architecture to handover.

THE BUSINESS NEED

Start with the decision, the evidence and the owner.

A useful enterprise assistant must work within the organisation’s access rules and review process. Finding a plausible answer is not enough: the team needs to inspect its sources, recognise missing evidence and know who can approve the next action.

The workflows below are examples of engagements we can scope, not claims of completed client projects. We agree the purpose, permitted data, hosting constraints and acceptance cases before selecting a model or proposing an integration. Existing tools are assessed before new infrastructure is introduced.

What an engagement can deliver

Architecture and control boundaries

Map source systems, identities, model providers and data flows. Define read, draft and execution permissions; record where information may leave an environment and where a request must stop. Deliver a design with dependencies, ownership and rollout options.

Pharma and life sciences knowledge workflows

Scope retrieval across approved procedures, research references or controlled documents. Show the cited version and effective date, flag conflicting material and prepare evidence for a qualified reviewer. Clinical decisions and regulatory submissions remain with authorised professionals.

Finance evidence and exception review

Connect permitted policies and operational records to reconciliation or reporting questions. Separate deterministic calculations from generated explanations, retain source references and route unsupported conclusions or proposed record changes to the responsible reviewer.

Legal document and research assistance

Scope clause comparison, document triage or research over an approved collection. Preserve matter permissions and citations; surface missing documents and uncertain interpretations. Lawyers review the evidence and approve any advice or external document.

Evaluation and a controlled pilot

Define representative questions, rejected requests and escalation cases with domain owners. Test retrieval, citations, access denial and tool permissions. Compare a bounded pilot with the agreed baseline and document failures before the owner decides whether to expand.

Delivery and operating handover

Deliver the agreed integrations, configuration, evaluation evidence and runbook. Assign incident, access and content owners; document fallback, rollback and change review. Agree training, support coverage and ongoing model or provider costs before operation.

Scope and responsibilities

An engagement supports your control and validation process; it does not provide compliance certification or a guarantee of clinical, legal or financial correctness. Production access and consequential actions require explicit authority. Sensitive material is shared only through an agreed channel and scope; the public enquiry form is for an initial description, not confidential records. Ownership, licensing, hosting, fees and support responsibilities are agreed per engagement.
