What you share
The form requires your name, work email, company and message to process your enquiry. It may also include your selected workflow and page language. If you prefer not to use the form, email info@garrichtorresconsultants.com directly.
Send only what we need to understand your project; avoid confidential documents, payment details and sensitive personal information.
How we use enquiries
We use your information to assess the work you requested, answer questions, prepare proposals and follow up about that project. The current form does not feed a CRM, AI assistant or model-training pipeline.
- Public use Publishing identifiable enquiries, quotes from enquiries or customer examples requires a separate agreement beforehand.
- Future choices Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future newsletter or unrelated marketing would be presented with separate choices.
Delivery and service providers
Your form submission goes to our website server, then through Resend to our company mailbox. Hostinger hosts the site; Resend and our mailbox providers process messages to deliver and manage correspondence. A submission confirmation means the delivery service accepted the message; it does not guarantee inbox receipt.
Providers may process information outside the UAE. Resend states that its primary processing operations are in the United States.
How long information remains
The website does not keep a separate database of enquiries. Enquiries and replies remain in our email systems while needed for the request, a resulting engagement or relevant record-keeping requirements. Retention depends on the purpose, the status of the relationship and any applicable obligations.
Contact us about access or deletion. Some records may need to be retained, and provider backups may have separate retention cycles.
Technical and abuse-prevention information
Hostinger processes technical request information to operate and protect the site, which may include IP addresses. Our enquiry protection uses keyed hashes, timestamps and delivery identifiers. Its local abuse-prevention files do not contain raw IP addresses or message text.
Our local delivery and retry records expire after 25 hours. Expired retry records are removed during a later eligible enquiry. This timing is separate from email retention.
Your requests and choices
Email info@garrichtorresconsultants.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask us to stop following up about your project. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it.
We may need proportionate identity checks and will explain any applicable limits, including records we must retain. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority where applicable.
