An observation plan
Map assets, source systems, units, timestamps and ownership. Identify coverage, calibration and data-quality evidence needed for the proposed use.
BUILDINGS, ASSETS & OPERATIONS
Connected buildings produce observations. Operators need context: what changed, whether the reading is trustworthy and who should respond. We help turn those questions into a practical information and review workflow.
Discuss an infrastructure pilotTHE BUSINESS NEED
Water, energy and maintenance information can sit in separate systems, with unclear asset references or missing history. We start by identifying the decisions the team needs to make, the available sources and the gaps that limit interpretation.
A first release might connect asset information, show exceptions or support an operational handoff. A digital-twin concept must have an agreed purpose and data boundary; a detailed visual model alone does not establish operational accuracy.
Map assets, source systems, units, timestamps and ownership. Identify coverage, calibration and data-quality evidence needed for the proposed use.
Make readings, comparisons and uncertainty understandable. Test normal operation, missing or stale data and examples that need a person to investigate.
Define who reviews an exception, what supporting context they receive and how a decision is recorded. Agree fallback procedures before connecting a live workflow.
The website demonstrations use invented readings and do not diagnose equipment or assess water safety. Hardware installation, physical intervention and automated control require separate specialist scope and authorisation. No reduction in consumption, cost or incidents is assumed without measured evidence.
Start with the challenge. We will help identify the right next step.
